- Phone Interview
- After thorough screening of the CV and Cover letters sent, we shortlist the candidates for a phone interview.
- In this round, we talk to the shortlisted candidates over the call and know about their interest, past work experiences and knowledge on the position applied for.
- If done well, the candidates qualify for face-to-face interview.
- Face -to -Face Interview
- In this round we talk about the position roles and responsibilities in detail.
- Successful candidates will be called for the final round of interviews.
- Final Round
- Here, we mostly discuss salary and benefits and come to a finalization from both the parties.
- Company sends offer letter to the candidate and the onboarding process begins.
